1. Acceptance
Access to and use of this website imply acceptance of these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy.
2. Permitted use
The website is intended for families of Petit Estel La Nova School and for people interested in the manifesto. It must be used lawfully, respectfully and in line with its informational and participatory purpose.
- The form may not be used unless you are a family member of a pupil at the school.
- You may not submit false or offensive data, or another person’s data without authorisation.
- You may not attack, overload or disrupt the website.
3. Form and community
Access is approved when the verification code sent to the stated mobile number is validated. If the code is correct, the WhatsApp community link is sent.
Before the invitation is sent, the form states that other members may see the number and, depending on settings, the profile. Access to WhatsApp is also governed by the community rules and by WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea
4. Content
The texts may be updated. The current version is the one published on this website. Catalan is the school’s vehicular language; Spanish and English are courtesy translations.
5. Changes
The promoter group may amend these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page.
